Our major equipment includes the following: Newen Contour EPOC cnc valve seat machining center, Serdi 100 seat and guide machine, DCM Tech high speed CBN surfacer, Sunnen and Kwikway valve refacers, Sunnen pressure tester, Bridgeport series 1 vertical mill with 3 Axis DRO, Clausing 15x50 lathe, Hines computerized balancer with compu-match software, Sunnen single stroke diamond guide honing equipment, Miller Aerowave TIG welder, Sunnen rod heating oven and a wealth of other tooling, fixtures and precision gauges. Also in daily use are our Superflow SF 600 flowbench with custom fixturing and a complete arsenal of porting grinders, burrs, stones and other supplies. We have the tools to get any job done.
