Ferrari Dino V-6

Here are some close-ups of a completed pair of Ferrari V-6 heads we prepared. Valves were converted from standard 8 mm to 7 mm stems. This necessitated custom magnesium bronze guides, custom valves we machined from blanks (1 mm oversize on the intake), as well as custom lower spring seats and titanium retainers. PSI springs originally designed for the IRL Aurora Olds engine were used. Weight reduction per valve amounted to 40 grams (including spring weight).
