Aluminum Billet Fontana Block Repair

These photos show repairs performed on an aluminum billet Fontana block which suffered head gasket failure and burnt a section of the deck away.

Setup and machining in progress.

Welds are hand shaped, blended and sanded to complete the exterior of the block.
