Dart 18 Degree Big Block Chevrolet Exhaust Repair

Repair: A pair of Dart 18 degree Big Block Chevrolet cylinder heads from a DIRT engine which cracked the exhaust guides. The guides had previously cracked and had been replaced so we opted for a more comprehensive repair. Guide bosses were welded in, the guide bores were enlarged from .500 to .545, the bosses were contoured, new seat rings were fitted and machined on our Newen EPOC.
