Big Block Chevy Blower Manifold

Here we have a supercharger manifold for a Big Block Chevrolet.  Once the port openings from the cylinder heads had been transfer scribed, it became obvious that quite a bit of manifold would have to be “added” to achieve a proper match.

It’s going to be a LONG day!

Welding has been completed.

Rough surfaced and scribed. Now we have something to work with.

 

 

Ground, finish sanded and surfaced.
